"Dear Management, please, please, please renovate the building, it is totally worth the investment. It is a great location, spacious rooms and easy parking, so the characteristics of the building are very good! So it is not 2006 anymore and if you want to stay competitive on the market (not just price wise, but on customer experience, too), you need to put some money into the building ... and I guess, many of your previous guests will return in the future more frequently, including myself. The direct access to the restaurant (where the meals are delicious and well priced!) is a nice thing to have. Staff is awesome, helpful and works like a pro. The housekeeping was excellent, every day I got fresh towels, made my bed, cleaned the washroom and the sink, the maintenance team took good care of the faulty heater ASAP - I appreciate the quick response time and their hard work. But there's a room for some improvements when we talking about cleanness (e.g. not just vacuuming, but mopping the hardwood floor, pls), and pick up the garbage in the parking lot and by the bushes, from under the trees - it could increase the customer experience so much. The pricing was affordable and I appreciate the option of booking on short notice and a seamless check-in and check-out process. Overall it was a good experience - what could become an excellent in the future, if improvements will be made -, I enjoyed my stay."

"Unfortunately since I booked with Expedia and although I had phoned and talked to the front desk requesting an accessible room, they would not accommodate my request. I even offered to pay more for an accessible room. This made our stay a bit more difficult as the bathroom was very small and space between the two beds very narrow. We did appreciate that they had washing machines and dryers available to use at a reasonable price. Location was good."
