"Location is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and subway. Nice hotel. The only downside to our stay was that our room was not ready at the advertised check-in time, which resulted in an unexpected wait. What was more disappointing was that the situation was not proactively addressed. Had we not voiced our concerns, it appeared that no accommodation or solution would have been offered. Once we spoke with staff, they did provide complimentary breakfast for one day of our stay, which we appreciated. It was a nice gesture and showed an effort to make things right. However, when a hotel falls short of its own service standards, it would be preferable for management to proactively acknowledge the inconvenience and offer a resolution, rather than waiting until guests become frustrated enough to raise the issue themselves."

"This was probably so far the best hotel I’ve stayed at ! The room was amazing and clean ! We were on the 12th floor and our view from the room was over the top !! Very beautiful ! Breakfast was very good and the tea shop in the hotel building was also very delicious ! They also have an indoor pool, hot tip, & sauna which is very nice ! Overall experience was a 10/10"
