"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with navigating parking. As it was my first stay there, Avers even parked my car me. Unfortunately the restaurants were under renovation during our stay, but i would love to come another time, to check out the Breakfast and the bar. Im not sure what i did to deserve it, but thank you to the manager who even gave us free parking! breakfast breakfast "

"Nice, clean modern room and courteous staff. Great location right downtown. Only drawback was the thin walls, so bring some earplugs if you don’t want to hear your neighbour’s TV. That being said, I would definitely stay again."

"Everything was wonderful. The housekeeping staff, in particular, were exceptional! Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Our room had a water view and "smart" functions, such as heated bathroom floors and automated blinds. The people watching was good, too!"

"This was my second stay at this place, and it definitely won’t be my last. The check-in staff forgot to return my driver’s license (I also forgot to take it back) and didn’t explain the security deposit. Luckily, I noticed the charge and went back to ask, then they returned my license. The room we got this time wasn’t quite as good as last time. One of the lights didn’t work, so the room felt darker. The same issue with power outlets from my previous stay persisted. There are no outlets near the bed; they’re all near the TV. The outlet that flips open won’t fit my MacBook charger because the metal piece prevents it from going in. I really hope they add more outlets so guests can charge devices at the bedside."
