"Location was convenient next to the Sky Train that can take you to different parts of the city. There are good selections of restaurants nearby and at the hotel. The room was cleaned; checked in and out was very easy."

"Easy check-in. The breakfasts were fantastic and worth the add-on. Yes, it’s not cheap but certainly comparable with other luxury downtown hotels. The pool, hot tub and sauna were also a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing. And you can hop on the Capilano shuttle right outside. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely."

"It's is an old Hotel and needs some fixing up ie, ripply wallpaper, very short toilet and sloping bathroom floor. That being said, it was comfortable and had everything we needed and the breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and it was very clean. We'd stay again."
