"Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean."

"Stayed the last few days of April, 2026 and really loved the view from the 23rd floor where we had access to the Pacific Club. The food and amenities in this club were excellent, and the staff so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages are somewhat overpriced - a glass of wine is $19.00 for example; however, all food and nonalcoholic drinks were included."

"Property’s location is very good. It’s well maintained and staff is helpful. Only thing I was not happy about was we had reservation that included breakfast and there was my wife, my 13 year son and me, and they say breakfast was ONLY FOR 2, which means we had to pay extra for son’s breakfast which is not big deal but to me it doesn’t make sense. Anyhow our stay was really pleasant and I we liked it. I gave them high score but they need to work on breakfast deal."
