Just a 9-minute walk to Science World SkyTrain station and 12 minutes to Rogers Arena & BC Place stadium district — perfect for concerts, hockey games, soccer events (including FIFA 2026 matches at BC Place), or easy travel around Vancouver.

We're on a residential block on Main Street, close to vibrant Chinatown with dozens of great restaurants and shops.

The Space
Our condo offers approx. 560 sq.ft. of total space, including the private balcony, and is comfortable for up to two guests. The private balcony provides a convenient outdoor spot for fresh air or coffee. Inside you'll find a full kitchen with essentials, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, bathtub, high-speed WiFi, fresh towels/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and French press coffee.

Chinatown visit

Really easy check-in, access, and check-out. Instructions were clear and communication was great. The room was clean, body/hand/face towels and soaps were provided, and kitchen and living area were spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. Safe building, and was walkable (10-15 mins) to Rogers Arena and BC Place area. Would stay there again!

Amazing Experience

I had a pleasant experience staying in this property. The place is very cozy, beautiful decoration and fully equipped. Its right in downtown but inside you feel a quite vibe, with garden view and very silent. It's in a convenient location. The place was very clean and the host was extremely kind and efficient with fast response always. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a night and was very pleased. Owner/manager was very courteous and prompt in his correspondence with me. The apartment was neat and well presented, although the bathtub could use some work (a good scrubbing would take care of it). Located within a short walking distance to BC Place, Science World and Rogers Arena (the purpose of our stay). I definitely recommend it.

Proximity to public transportation

This was my first time visiting Vancouver with my husband. We enjoyed the neighboring communities and the food options. The place was fine but a bit stuffy. The portable HVAC unit helped a great deal, but the place may benefit from darker curtains as the direct sun is pretty intense. The neighborhood where this place is situated to the rail and the bus lines are fantastic. The neighborhood itself is still a bit rough. However, lots of great food and coffee within blocks of the unit.

Good basics

I mostly enjoyed my stay and felt fairly safe and cozy. Good location near Sky Train and the Amtrak station. Great shower and dining area. The couch is somewhat stained though but the space is roomy enough for 2 people. I have to add the apartment is very basically furnished. There were only 2 bath towels and one kitchen towel provided (I bought additional hand towels to use while we were there). There was 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and 1 TBSP of real coffee--not nearly adequate for 2 people for 3 nights.

Modest apartment in a gem of a neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a modest apartment in a gem of a neighborhood, an amazing location with easy access to so many places in Vancouver (transit, walking, train, etc.) It is a very urban area and has all the noise and such that comes with it. The apartment is very nice, but it does need a little TLC. The washer/dryer, and AC unit were much appreciated. The balcony was great. I fell asleep reading one afternoon and it was incredible. My partner and I love Chinatown in Vancouver. It's very queer friendly, and close to so many great cafes, restaurants, and shops within blocks. We didn't use the kitchen almost at all this visit, which ironically was one of the reasons I wanted to try this place. The bathroom though is the real centerpiece. Our only real complaint was the mattress. It was very springy and kept the bed shaking when either of us stirred at night. For a couple of nights, it was fine. If we'd stayed longer I probably would have asked for a mattress pad or something to try and make it more comfortable. At the time I didn't really feel the need to ask the property manager for any assistance, so they may well have offered. Truly, the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because the mattress could be nicer (and that's where you sleep). Overall it was perfectly lovely.
