My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and were very happy and comfortable. Fanzi was super responsive and welcoming when we met her. Place was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed for making meals. Would definitely recommend this place!

This property was within walking distance of public transportation. I felt like the neighborhood was fairly safe (I give it a "B"). It took a while to cool down the place once we arrived, but then it was fine.

Great Stay in Vancouver

Property was perfect for us as close to Royal Oak Skytrain station and much cheaper than staying in city centre which was 20 mins away by the skytrain. There was a local shopping centre less than 15 mins walk away and laundry facilities were great.

Lovely, quiet & clean

The owner was very friendly, we had a great time! There was also a good stock of supplies in the place, including snacks, cutlery, dishes, etc, which made the stay very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The location was perfect! Our delightful host had supplied welcoming snacks & beverages. (When we were "challenged" by an unfamiliar coffee maker, she replied immediately & explained what we had to do.) This unit was bright & immaculate with a very comfortable bed/bedding. The train to the Waterfront was just few blocks away. After a busy day downtown & seeing everything, it was so lovely to come "home" to this quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this unit & our host to anyone coming to this area.

Clean and convenient

This place is beautifully clean and a convenient walking distance from shopping and the Skytrain. Although it is close to major arteries the neighbourhood is quiet at night. Laundry facilities are an added bonus.

Peace and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a peaceful, private and quiet stay and that's what we found. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drink and decided to leave a few juice drinks there for the next guests. Thanks much!

We made a good choice

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed 5 days. It was very clean, had everything we needed, good location. Close to the mall and skytrain. Nice neighborhood. Very helpful and friendly owners. We would come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a romantic getaway

The property is cozy, clean and inviting. It is located in a quiet area of town. I live in a basement suite and i was pleasantly surprised with how quiet this suite was. We didn't hear anything from other parts of the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accomodation! Everything you wound want and need, its clean, spacious, and just great overall :) And your close to both BC's largest mall Metropolis at Metrotown, as well as to Royal Oak, the neareast Skytrain station. Also, the communication with the host is great and they answer quickly :)

Quiet, clean, and peaceful vacation home

This is one of the cleanest and tidiest VRBOs at which I've stayed! The host offered a lot of amenities (toiletries, hair dryer, room fan, snacks, Kleenex, coffee, electric water kettle) which I appreciated. She was kind enough to greet us upon check-in to ensure that my friend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed and also bid us farewell at check-out. There was plenty of street parking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet at night. This place is perfect for a couple or 2 friends who are vacationing in the Vancouver-metro area.
