Summary:
Welcome to your home in the trendy Yaletown, arguably the best neighbourhood in downtown Vancouver.
We are located steps away from Sunset Beach, English Bay, Vancouver's famous entertainment districts, Granville street, Yaletown, many cafes and restaurants.
If you are feeling adventurous, just leave the apartment and you can find yourself in front of the water where you can grab the iconic Aqua-Bus to Kitsilano, Granville Island, Science world, Olympic village and False creek.

The Neighborhood:
We are just a few steps from the sea wall, the Granville Island Aquabus, a 12 minute walk to the Canada Line (new Skytrain – to/from airport), a 20 minute walk to the (old) Skytrain and which will take you anywhere you want to go.
Whether you choose to rent a bike, rollerblade, walk or run around the seawall, it’s a great way to take in the beautiful sights (and people!) of the city. Enjoy everything Vancouver has to offer from this location– a 15 minute walk to the hip Yaletown district, 10 minutes to Granville Street, and a 30 min walk to historic Gastown.

Lovely studio in a fab location. Great fresh food store locally which made eating in a great experience. Kitchen was a great feature of the appt . Lucky enough to be there for an amazing firework display in the area and lovely to have beach /waterfront/ferries at the end of the road. .had a great 4 days !

Comfy Suite in Prime Location

We really enjoyed our stay on Beach Ave, with easy walks to beaches, Stanley Park, Granville Island water taxis and great restaurants. The unit was cozy, bright and suited two just fine. It is well equipped and our host was very responsive.

Great location

The apartment was perfect for me, just five minutes walk from my daughter’s apartment and handy for Downtown shopping and close to the water bus. The apartment was bright and very well equipped.

Clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Easy parking included. Quite noisy at night, but that was outside traffic, sirens, people being loud on the street outside, not owners fault. If you need a quiet place to rest, maybe not for you.

Great location

Nice complex in a really convenient location. Would stay there again. Only complaint is that the fridge didn't get cold, so we couldn't keep food in there for very long. I'm sure that will be fixed in short order, though, as the host seems on top of things.

Apartment was too warm at night, AC was noisy but too noisy with window open, too warm if closed. Didn't know where to leave keys or what else was required prior to leaving - no info provided. Was awkward to move around in, due to Furniture layout. Location was perfect, bright and comfy overall.

I love this place

Perfect We had the best time Absolutely wonderful spot Walking distance to everything you need to do and want to do My Best advice You do not need a car you do not need Uber In walking distance of everything you need The harbour is two blocks away once you get there’s an All day little boat that takes you to Granville Island etcetc Pay for the whole day hop on and hop off the little tugboat and it takes you across to every stop you want absolutely perfect It’s just easy to say we will return. Absolutely thank you for everything.

The suite was pretty, but the furniture needs to be cleaned. They had an off-white sofa that was very stained as was the bed frame because it was fabric. Be aware that you are sharing a small bed if you are not alone, and the sofa is not for sleeping on … I found out the hard way Loved walking along the Seawall, nice area

Good but…

Great location. Poor amenities in apartment. The bed, although comfortable to sleep, has a ledge around the bed that makes it extremely difficult to get in and out. Also since the space is so small, this ledge took up valuable space and eliminated the possibility of using it as a seat. The bar stools shown are not comfortable and the counter isn’t deep enough for legs to fit under. It would have been better to have a bistro table and chairs, then, at least there would be a table to eat at and a place to sit. The kitchen had 2 “sharp” knives that were so dull, they couldn’t even cut bread.
