About 30 min from downtown on the Skytrain, the station is about 8-10 min walk from the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need to cook. The only "complaint" we have is that we can hear the other tenants, but I still slept good so it wasn’t that bad. Overall we enjoyed our trip, the bed was comfy, everything was clean, and the kitchen commodities were useful, we would definitely come back if we’re back in town.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also thought of the little things like a fan, hangers, a mirrored desk, TV & luggage rack. There was even a few snacks & water bottles in the room. The owners responded to my texts quickly and even popped over when the cable wasn't working properly. The home is a 7 minute walk from Royal Oak station so it was quick to get on and off the sky train for the conference I was attending downtown Vancouver. I would highly recommend this location!

The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small and cozy, and relaxing.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen, dining and a sitting area to relax or do work, are great. A walkable distance to Metrotown mall, or to a small store for groceries. Highly recommend this property.
