"My husband and I love this hotel and try and stay when the prices are reasonable. It is so convenient for walking to all the stores, restaurants and pubs. The best feature is the rooftop hot tub when it’s working. I was really looking forward to the hot tub on our recent visit but was so disappointed to find out it has been out of service for awhile. I will definitely call and ask if it’s available before booking our next trip."

"Condo is a 3 bedroom condo perfect for three brothers skiing for a long weekend. Really liked the location and being able to walk just short distance to ski down to the lift. Couple of annoying things - hot tub was not operational and was promoted as having a hot tub. Calling the property owner - "oh, hotels.com has not updated the hot tub issue" - well, their own advertisement in the room discussed the hot tub. We actually picked the condo because it had a community hot tub. Other item-...
