"They had both hot breakfast(scrambled eggs,sausage and bacon) and various cold items prepared early in the morning. Room was fitted with a mini bar refrigerator and mini canisters of nuts for very reasonable prices. Coffee was delicious! Water pressure was excellent too."

"Decent 4 star hotel outside CHEB. (About 10 minutes/CZK 180 to the centre by taxi). Good pool and spa complex. Reasonable priced food and drinks. Minus points are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the early check out policy."

"The stay was awesome. Room was perfect. Loved it. The only issue we had was with a rude hostess at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Maybe she had a bad day, but she was far from welcoming. Other then that, super. "

"It's a beautiful old hotel with unique architecture and history. The spa and relaxation amenities were phenomenal. Bar & restaurant were well-run and had great options. Would be nice if any staff spoke English, but understandable."

"Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good. The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists."

"My room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. I asked for an extra pillow and they had none even though the hotel was not full. The furniture was very dated."

"The Property is well maintained and we had a very large room with a balcony and beautiful view. The breakfast was extensive and well prepared. The highlight of the trip was the reception staff who checked us in. He was by far the most hospitable, kind helpful and welcoming person I've ever met in all my travels. I would return to this hotel for this lovely human! Thank you form making a weekend break with a dear friend so memorable. "

"Staff were friendly, room was clean. The only short fall is that since the hotel is located at pedestrian zone, I had difficulty to find the back road to hotel parking even with a gps"
