Innenstadtnah, nur wenige Minuten zum Weihnachtsmarkt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage und am Haus vorhanden, sehr nettes Personal.

Das Best Western Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen

Das Zimmer war explizit sauber, gilt auch für das Bad. Auch das Personal war während unseres Aufenthaltes, ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr vielfältig vom Angebot, doch die Brötchen in den Körben waren einfach zu weich, knusprige Brötchen gab es nicht. Auch vermisste ich frisches Schwarzbrot bzw. Dinkelbrot. Doch unabhängig davon, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, inkl. mit Nutzung der Tiefgarage. Der Tagespreis beträgt für die Tiefgarage 10,00 Euro. Wegen der Zentrumsnähe, würde ich dort wieder einige Tage einschecken. Auch die unentgeltliche Möglichkeit der Saunanutzung ist lobend zu erwähnen. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir leider keinen Tisch zum Abendessen, da lt. Aussage an der Rezeption, nicht vorbestellt worden sei. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet und spazierten los, um ein anderes Lokal zu finden...

Alles soweit gut. Nur in meinem Zimmer war es tagsüber sehr warm (Zimmer 215) und nachts dann kalt. Die Kissen waren auch nicht sooo prickelnd. Eines war zu klein, das andere zu groß.

★★★☆☆ Sauberes Hotel, aber in die Jahre gekommen Das Best Western Straßburger Tor in Plauen überzeugt mit einer zentralen Lage und sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal ist freundlich, und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Allerdings ist das Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt veraltet, und eine Modernisierung würde dem Haus guttun. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Für eine kurze Übernachtung ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber wer modernen Komfort sucht, sollte sich nach Alternativen umsehen.

Godt hotel midt i byen

Rigtig dejligt hotel hvor vi har boet før. Dejligt værelse og gode faciliteter. Tæt til byen. Dog var indtjekningen ikke god. Ventetid og restauranten kunne åbenbart ikke modtage flere gæster. Vi havde forventet at spise på hotellet efter lang køretur.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und das Frühstück sehr gut. Wenn man das Fenster aufhatte war es doch etwas laut. Fußläufig zum Zentrum. Die Tiefgarage war recht eng.

Pro konform Plastik

So weit war alles Bestens bis auf den Umstand dass es nur Plastikbecher im Zimmer gab die noch extra luftdicht erneut in Plastik verpackt waren. Einerseits soll Plastik vermieden werden. Man arbeitet daran dass Einwegbecher verschwinden sollten andererseits mehr
