"As the hotel is at least 30 to 50 mins away from other restaurants depending on which way you walk, then best to book at least b&b or 1/2 board. It needs to sharpen up its treatment of allergens in the food served. Whilst it has a notice tooked away at the entrance of the restaurant this does not include the plat de jour menus, the menus do not make reference to allergens either.
