"This property is terrible. Our host was awful, the villa was outdated and dirty. The living room and kitchen were so hot you could barely stay in there past 5 min. The food was DISGUSTING. They tried to sell us a timeshare which was never disclosed. There were bedbugs in our villa and no phone to communicate with our host. There were locals there on day passes for majority of our stay and they crowded the pools, bars and buffets. The nice restaurants required pants, which no one told us about...

"This posting is for a 2 bedroom apartment. We did not receive a 2 bedroom apartment. I received a call before arriving to the hotel stating that 2 be sunrise suite was not available for these dates due to an “impasse” the hotel is experiencing. The hotel asked me to cancel the vacation, but instead I asked for a downgrade and that is what I received. I was given a one bedroom presidential suites.
