"The room was clean, however the washroom shower didn't have warm/hot water. A staff did come promptly upon notice, but we only got warm/hot water in the washroom sink. Also, the breakfast promised failed to provide quality food and though there's buffet trays visibly set up, only a la carte food was served, also the service of food was very slow."

"Hotel is located in the heart of Makati nightlife. Everything needed is on the street (banks, convenience stores, fast food) Breakfast is excellent - good variety as dishes change each day. Service is outstanding. Decent fitness center. Room is great with good shower and wifi. Air conditioning is good. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel so have to wait. A great deal at the price."
