"There is no air conditioning. Complete lack of service. Evening meal was limited and appalling. Breakfast was toast or an omelette and no menu. We had to find a member of staff to enquire about breakfast. We appeared to be the only guests. We would not stay here again. Had we paid £20 a night it may have been worth it but not at the £120 that we paid. We had booked 4 nights on a non refundable deal and had hoped that this would be the highlight of our trip. "The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. The nature and spice garden were truly amazing. Two suggestions for improvements 1. Only one downside is that to contact reception from room is a challange. No one responds when you call. 2. The checkout time is 10:30 am which is too early. Overall worth every penny "
