"It was a pleasant stay at Radisson except for the fact that there is no heating facility even in a suite. We were given a room heater and electric blanket which is still not adequate for Kufri winters. But overall the hotel is clean and quiet with slightly expensive dining menu."

Hot water isn’t available all time, no heater in the room, dish plates are not too clean. Nevertheless, the staff members are friendly and helpful. Please just take this hotel as a guesthouse. "

"Mixed feelings about this place. Not all bad but not very good. Room was COLD asked many times for another heater they didnt have one. Asked maintenance to fix the heater in the room it was blowing cold air. He came pressed some buttons said its working then left. It was not working. There is no spa so they should removed that from the title. No bathrobes. Almost all tv channels didt come in and games room is in terrible condition with all doors open.
