"Clean and good service"

"The check-in process was smooth as a member of staff was on hand to guide us thru the self check-in process and answer any general queries. The room was small as mentioned elsewhere but we expected this and it was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. The room was clean with all the amenities we needed and the bed very comfy. We were on the 30th floor so had lovely views across the city. The location was convenient for transport/shops/cafes. We checked in late, after 10pm and was able to find 2 cafes within 150 yards still opened."
