4 Star Hotels in Pismo Beach, California

"Kudos to housekeeping for keeping the hotel absolutely spotless. As anyone who has lived by the beach knows, it is very, very hard to keep sand and the sea air from dirtying and degrading things but somehow staff here has managed to keep the hotel pristine. We love that the hotel is dog friendly. All staff were very welcoming and helpful, from the valets who helped us park to the front desk staff who accommodated our request to move rooms. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to be more specific in its room descriptions online. “Oceanfront” to me means oceanfront. Not pool front. Not fire pit front. I would have booked the boardwalk front room (the only real ocean front rooms) had it been offered online. The photos online of the rooms make it hard to tell what your view will actually be of. The food we ordered from the restaurant downstairs was very tasty (cauliflower steak, Caesar salad, and bread pudding) and we would highly recommend ordering from there. All in all, a beautiful, well-run hotel, we can’t wait to come back. "
