"The room we were in was recently updated and was really nice. It was spacious enough for our family of four and had a great bathroom with a separate area for the toilet that allowed the bathroom to be used by more than one person. The only issue we had was that someone was constantly opening and closing their door late at night and as it was closing it was extremely loud. When we tried to call the front desk for help, no one answered. We called multiples times and even left a message. I think if the doors have a soft close that could help. It would also be nice to know the front desk is available. "

"It was very hot! This place has no AC as advertised and we visited the area when it was over 90 degrees. Additionally, the windows are so old we were only able to open 1 window in the upstairs bedroom. The house was dirty and the furniture including the mattresses are worn out! "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home is amply named as Avila Jewel. The home is beautiful and was well suited for 16 of our family members. Between the three floors, there was enough privacy for each family. The open areas were roomy and made a good gathering place for Family. The home was very clean when we arrived and well equipped, including beach toys, a pool table, ping-pong table and many other beach supplies. The folks at seven sisters vacation rental were easy to communicate with and contacted us daily during our stay to see if there were any needs that we had. I highly recommend seven sisters vacation, rental and jewel home."

"A couple of complaints, the coffee maker would not work probably needs servicing, the frig was only for wine with no freezer and getting was a challenge. The location was great and the place was cozy "

"This was a really lovely, cozy, and clean condo that had everything we needed. Perfect for kids to have their own retreat downstairs, plenty of room to hang out together upstairs. Loved having the hot tub on the roof. Awesome location, a short walk to the beach past the cute shops and restaurants in Avila. Also spent time in SLO, a short drive away with lots to do. Made some fun family memories we will never forget! Hosts are super responsive, friendly, and willing to help with any questions we had. Thank you to Jeffrey and Debbie for a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to come again sometime!"
