"We've visited Therme Laa - Hotel & Spa twice during a posting in Vienna. The hotel is easily accessible from Vienna also by train. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby train station in Laa. The hotel has a high standard and a rather good restaurant. The therme complex is the main reason to visit with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The complex is very much child-friendly (we visited with a two-year-old son). "The hotel itself was fine - clean, comfortable. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Our issues were with the dining room - closing earlier than posted hours twice in a week without notice. We were there for work, often working 12-14 hours a day. We returned to the hotel our second evening and before we could even find a table in the restaurant we were told "dining room is closed". Period. We had a native Czech sneaker with us so there was no language barrier. Ate elsewhere the next...
