At first, they were bit overwhelmed as I am unsure how often they host that many people, but the hosts were friendly and always were available for us. The rooms were spacious and clean and had great working AC. The breakfast was great and reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The hype on this place is mainly because of the beautyness of the villa, the park and maybe the friendlyness the front desk and waitresses. Your rooms will be in the new annex with excellent beds (matress). Bathrooms are in really worn condition. AC seems to be from 1990 (has problems to make cold if outside is 40°C and mould!!) I've seen better value for ca.100€/night rooms. Breakfast usual italian fair, fresh cornetto would be nice than the industry chocolate warm-ups. Don't misunderstand:...

"We rented 3 rooms for our party of 6 for a Christmas Ski trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Extremely close to the slopes, a wonderful bar with great food just a small walk away. Very nice spa for really cheap. They also served amazing dinners for really cheap as well. We were expecting the room to have A/C but it had been turned off so we had to sleep with the window open. The shower was VERY small. The breakfast that was offered was very limited in the choices and quantity of food items. On the last day we discovered that the room had ants."
