"Property is nicely located just outside the Centro histórico - walk takes time and cobblestone streets don’t help. But that’s the only annoyance we had with location. Virtually no on-site amenities - pretty boring place when common area lights are turned off - early! Included breakfast is very basic, nothing to celebrate, and service staff are “adequate” - not very enthusiastic or attentive."

"Parking!!! 100 percent for a clean well run hotel. Special commendation to a very helpful staff. Even a welcome beverage. However hotel is close to the big church and cars are prohibited during the days and unsurprisingly the hotel has no parking. By phoning ahead we were met by one of the staff who organized valet- type parking. I was led to believe the cost to be 50 pesos for the day. On departure we were met by the parking valet and were required to pay 300 pesos - that leaves a sour taste after an otherwise very pleasant stay."

"Foreigners BE CAREFUL BOOKING!!! They gave us a room with bad plumbing and when I told them about it the guy just went to spray fabuloso. The problem was interior and they knew it. Also be careful for additions charges, the entrance to enter makes no sense. This is nothing like the Krystal in Cancun. I would recommend going elsewhere!"

"The property was very clean, and the staff is great. Air conditioning was not very cold. If you are not physically capable, I would not recommend this hotel because it is a challenge to walk to the hotel and most importantly your room. But do not let this sway you from the AMAZING view you get of the city! This hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so nice having very few visitors at a time. I loved our stay here, and will definitely come again."
