"Check in was great, we were greeted and shown to our room by a very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Pool and garden areas were lovely and peaceful with amazing views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced, also the waiter who served us was helpful and polite. "They cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance via an email we did not see because we were driving through the countryside. Their reason was that they were remodeling. They didnt know that were going to be remodeling sooner than one day in advance?? Give me a break! Add that to the fact that they referred us to another hotel which cost 40 Euro less but we were billed the higher price!! Can you believe it?
