"Staff was very rude and did not pay attention to detail. We were placed in the wrong room twice and was threatened to get my cat towed because it took me over 10 min to off load my luggage at the front of the hotel due to their mistakes. The walls of the rooms were severely thin. With a cheer contest being held in the convention center next door. We could hear yelling until about 11:00 PM . We complained at the desk and was told it was not there problem."
