Most of the staff was friendly, especially the restaurant employees. However, at check out the representative was less than professional. First, there was an additional $400 charge on my bill among other discrepancies. Also, I was charged for early check in without being told there was a
fee. Be sure to check your bill at the end of your stay!
There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room, but you may request one for $25 per day. This is not good customer service.
The location is great, the room/view was lovely, the cleaning staff is top tier, but front desk customer service needs improvement!
