I arrived at 8PM to find that my reservation of nearly one month was ignored, I had no room and would have to wait 2 hours to finally get a room. Once in bed, the room above me had a bad floor and the people walking around made lots of creaking noises that were disturbing even without my hearing aids. The hotel was fully booked despite having a reservation. I get better treatment from the Hilton chain and will likely never go to Marriott again.

Ladies at the front counter where amazing. Asked for suggestions and they knew exactly what we needed. Only thing I didn't like was the parking. Off site and behind the gas station didn't seem very safe to me. A bit of a walk and hard to get to with lots of luggage and kids.

The property was OK for a one night stay, even if tired looking. The area was OK, there are restaurants in the area and the included breakfast was also fine. The shuttle bus from the airport was the last one to arrive and some people were calling for it non stop! The biggest disappointment to us was the room location - overlooking an alley between buildings where there was noise constantly all night that made it nearly impossible to sleep. If I were to ever stay there again, I'd definitely avoid the rooms overlooking that alley.
