"My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful! "

"We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them...

"Close to the lake, the area is pleasant, clean and we felt quite safe. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. The apartment is next to rail station but the noise from trains was minimal and not noticeable. It was fairly small but bright, ideal for a couple. Adequate for a family but with only one bedroom, not ideal. We let our teenage child have the bedroom since we’re early risers. The hide-a-bed was surprisingly comfortable. "The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

"We had planned a short stay as we had to be in the area for a family happening, apartment was very complicated to find as there were so many explanations given (email details received from agency), apartment was clean on surface but in some places it must have been forgotten. No wifi available, no hairdryer, no blankets (only sheets). Payed 160.- taxes and had to bring my trash down "
