We had a loud couple trying to get into our room at 2am and when called the reception which took 10 minutes to answer was told everything is fine and to go back to sleep with no explanation. Next morning when I felt safer I went down to complain and was told it was by accident they were the cleaners and made an error. No food or snacks or even a water bottle is allowed into the hotel forcing you to...

"The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."
