"The hotel itself felt cosy and stylish, and it was such a nice place to come back to after a busy day out. It had that calm boutique feel rather than feeling busy or impersonal. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better base for our trip and would happily stay here again. Only downside they didn't do food with room service"

"Great hotel and awesome location in the center of town! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but the staff made made up for it by extending a voucher for a free drink. All in all a great stay!"

"The management is not a professional management. the information flyer was old, outdate, however they were still placed there. communication is not clear. cleaning service put the vacuum handle next to drink water fountain. not qualify in 4 stars. "

"My room had a path with lots of stairs, thankfully they gave me easier access with all my luggage! I didn't check out the breakfast or bar, but it looked nice. The room was simpler than anticipated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and included decent towels and was comfortably heated. The hotel is at a great location, a few minutes from the plaza."
