"We were there on business. The hotel's location was convenient to getting back and forth to Memphis in May. Stores were fairly close to a person with transportation. "

"PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. CONS: The fan in the bathroom doesn’t come on separately from the light. The mini bar in our room was locked and we could not get it open, no instructions were posted. There are no...

"I love loved this hotel. The rooms were so well designed aesthetically and very comfortable too. They fit a lot into the lobby with coffee, bakery and a bar. The trolley runs out front. The Civil Rights Museum is very close. Beale Street is walkable. Great bbq is 2 blocks away. A few blocks to the beautiful riverfront park too."

"Hotel was fine. We had to switch rooms because staff didn’t know how to operate the tv that was installed."

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
