"This hotel is perfectly adequate. If it's luxury you're looking for, you would be happier elsewhere, and you'd pay a much higher price. But the rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast adequate, and the price is the best thing around. It is in a decent part of town. I felt safe walking at night. The staff are friendly. I'm much happier staying here and paying the price than I would be staying at a place that cost twice as much but had nicer sheets and towels and greater choice of breakfast foods. "

"Went for a wedding. This was one of the nicest hotels for the price we have stayed in and we teavel alot. Super sweet staff from check in to check out. Quiet clean rooms. Easy access which is what we needed. Sweet town without the hustle and bustle of Memphis. Close enough if you wanted to go to Memphis. Great place. But the staff makes it."

"Everything was excellent. Was nice to have normal size bottles of hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Yay! The chair in the room was a little frayed on the top. Otherwise very comfortable. Nice to a Keurig coffee maker. Room cooling was very comfortable. "

"Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which we did. The washer and dryer was helpful, internet was great, water pressure in showers was great, price was good - all in all a good place for what we needed. Nothing is super modern so if you’re looking for top of the line luxury, this is not your place. We were comfortable and happy and enjoyed our stay. "
