"The outdoor pool and pool staff were the best, the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, we watched them give other guest checking in complementary drinks and did not offer me or my husband anything. They also did not accommodate any upgrade request, dinner. Or spa request. "

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there and I kept having to go back through the line because it was already after 4pm. Finally at 4:30 she got us a room. Then they’re knocking on door at 10:45am to clean it asking when we’re leaving. For $400+ dollars, it be nice to have a room for the correct length of time."

"My family and I stayed for three days. The location is excellent, very quiet at night while still being within walking distance of everything. House keeping was daily and perfect. The room was large with a kitchenette. Beach access is extremely convenient, just a quick crossing of the street, which was never an issue. However, the room was noticeably dated and in need of quality repairs. I hope that ownership gives this hotel the remodel it deserves."
