"Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My room had a view of the Monte Cassino Abbey so I was very happy with that. The downside is that it was hot in our room and we were told that the air conditioning in the whole building was off until the summer months! "We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so.
