After about an hour of argument they admitted that their fine print said they would demand a smaller surcharge. This is very sneaky behaviour in and if itself, as the total should be included on the Expedia receipt. "Did a flying 24 hour visit to Albania and lucked out with this hotel. Wonderful . Room was fabulous with THE most amazing bathroom and bed. The location is ideal to walk to all the city attractions in Tirana and I especially liked the bar next door with a balcony just designed for people watching over a beer . £1 a pint too. Bargain! I LOVED Tirana and I loved this hotel. Felt like 5 star luxury and all for £54 for the night. Got a taxi from the airport and the driver knew exactly where to go....
