"What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean. "We stayed for the night before a flight. Perfect location for the early morning departures! Many food options around as well as a great restaurant on site! Breakfast was incredible! The room was great a little bit of work is needed in the bathrooms but we had a good time regardless"

Overall, the building was a bit outdated, the bathrooms certainly need an update. Location is great, with public transport to Neuss and Duesseldorf readily available right in front of the building."
