"We stayed for 5 nights and LOVED it! The staff was so wonderful, our room was very clean. The food (not included) was good but on the pricier side (seems to be the theme of curacao). The beach/ pool are was beautiful and kept very clean. We would absolutely stay again Ps, beware of snails, frogs and creatures on the walkway when walking on the property late at night or early morning "

"Poor meals choices. Food was very salty, tasteless. Recycled lunch menu for dinner. Food was not label so you had no clue what you were eating. Staff attitude stinks especially front desk staff. Hyaat needs to do something with this resort as it is a slump. "

"I stayed here for my birthday with a large group. The property is aesthetically pleasing, and I appreciated the variety of room layouts my junior suite ocean view was a highlight. A few staff members (Julianna, Andrew) were great. Upon arrival, reception was not very welcoming, possibly due to our group size. After we provided feedback, the front desk became much friendlier, which I appreciated. My biggest concern was the clear disparity in service. My group, who identifies as African American, consistently experienced long wait times and had to repeatedly request basic items (towels, drinks, food) at the pool/bar. In contrast, Caucasian/European guests received immediate attentive service without needing to ask multiple times. This pattern occurred across multiple days and felt discriminatory and unacceptable. The birthday experience was also disappointing. Decorations arranged as a surprise were not set up as expected. Later, the hotel redid the decor, stating the original was not up to standard leading us to believe it was being corrected. However, I was ultimately charged twice. When addressed, the response lacked accountability or flexibility, which overshadowed a special occasion. There were also billing discrepancies across my group at checkout, so review charges carefully. Overall, while the property looks nice, the experience felt transactional rather than guest-centered. Most concerning was the inequitable treatment, which needs serious attention."

"There are not a lot of restaurants, supermarkets close to the property. The pool is really nice but please add parasols. Many chairs are in the sun all day. It’s very inconvenient and dare I say dangerous. Staff friendliness depends. They are very nice at the breakfast. The mini market could have more variety of products and is way too expensive. 9$ US for a bag of chips is a rip off. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great. Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge. For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to bring eu outlet adapters. We didn’t have one… luckily we were able to purchase one for $6 from The hotel. our US hair dryers and curlers are too strong of voltage for the outlet in the bathroom; so we struggled with that…. Luckily the staff provided us an extension cord to be able to plug it in the living area and use it in the bathroom… also things close relatively early in the area…so dinner after 10pm is almost impossible. But the hotel was great and area…"

"Beach front hotel, with dining options onsite and within walking distance. The reef has the most beautiful fish to see snorkelling - right outside your room. A lovely vacation. "
