"Great outdoor pool"

"It was a wonderful place to stay after the Santa Train. The atmosphere was amazing and it will be a place we come back to stay and visit. The kids loved it. "

"The spa, pool, jacuzzi and gym were closed for renovation so we didnt get to use the facilities except for the courts. We still had to pay a resort fee of $150. That didn’t feel good. The rooms are not updated as so far from the lobby/restaurant, courts and coffee shop that we had to get a shuttle/golf cart every time we wanted to go somewhere on campus."

"Lives up to the Fairmont standard"

"Overall the staff is friendly, there was some confusion about how we use the credit for the breakfast at the first day, but the hotel staff solved this issue. And I got the 60 mins massage, it was really good. The massage therapist knew what he was doing and my body feel much lighter and the muscles feel relaxed too."

"Everything was fantastic great location great food great vibe lots of very nice things on the property. However, there is no door on the bathroom. That’s our only knock."
