"Beautiful property set on a hill overlooking the sea. Lower floor rooms are like condos, private gated courtyard with sun chairs and patio table, rear private inner courtyard with outdoor shower. "The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. By the way, a better and far less expensive breakfast can be had a the MickyD next door"

"The place is close to Padre Pio Chapel. The free shuttle service was greatly helpful especially for our elderly since going to the chapel is uphill. It's a family-owned place. Breakfast was just okay. It would be great if there were hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Wifi was not strong in our room. ."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Terme. Great beach with a fun strand to enjoy a walk with lots of restaurants. Federica was the hotel rep at the front desk was a total pro and so nice. The hotel manager, Gianni Cegue was very helpful with parking and couldn't have been nicer also. If we ever get back to this part of Italy, will definitely stay here again!"

The restaurant was could be fixed up to feel more appealing. Not a great selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly and anxious to help. It was a good stop after traveling many hours.
