"The location is wonderful. The bedrooms in the front of the house on the middle floor could use some updating and window cleaning. Perhaps a check on hand soap in the bathrooms. And an additional paper towels. Generally, check in is 3 and check out is 11. I thought a check in at 4, and check out at 10 is a bit late and early. Maybe if you could have 1 at the standard check in/out time but not both. Overall we really enjoyed the house and it was great to a nice home that was dog friendly. Thank you for a great stay. When we come backTo Oak Island we would consider this property again! "

"Fantastic stay! This properly is one of the few that are truly dog friendly. We had a small maintenance issue (AC) that was fixed within 30 min of calling on a Sunday night. The house is well equipped and furnished. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house was exactly as promised, and very well maintained. We apricated the linens being included. The beds & linens were good quality, which you don't always find in rentals these days. The management was very responsive & helpful when we had car problems at checkout time, which caused inconvenience for them. They clearly took pride in us having a positive experience all around. Another positive is that the checkout instructions were clear, polite and not overly burdensome. Often it's like you are put to work at the end of your vacation with ridiculous checkout expectations. This just felt like we had stayed with friends. Which seems wise because the vibe of being welcomed and well treated made us treat the property with respect & care. More rentals should engage in this congenial dynamic. Its a win-win. We rent homes often and I would put this rental company in the top tier. Beyond that, we had interactions with several of the neighbors who were owners and they were just lovely. We were there for 4th of July. You could see fireworks from all around, including the other islands. It was magical. "
"My siblings and I got together with our children and grandchildren, and this house with 12 bedrooms was the perfect fit. We could gather in the kitchen and adjoining family room for meals and games, then go to our respective bedrooms for privacy.The pool was refreshing when we didn't want to go to the beach, and everyone loved the wifi speaker systems available at the pool and on each floor's common area."
"This home was perfect for the annual beach trip for our family of 32, enough king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for all the adults, Kitchen is amazingly well appointed with two refrigerators, two ranges, two dishwashers, two microwaves, plus wine cooler and stand alone ice maker! Even two large slow cookers and electric griddles. Plus a second small kitchen area on bottom floor. Beach access right there, nice pool area and great outdoor seating on all three decks. Only two negatives: this is the first rental property we’ve had where the beds were not made up, sheets left packaged. Would have been so nice, especially for those arriving late at night, to have the sheets on the beds. The other issue, the hot tub was filthy, even after the pool guy was there for regular maintenance it was still dirty, even a dirt ring at the waterline. It appears that the water needs changing and/or filters are not working properly. One minor suggestion, it would be nice to have luggage racks in all bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!"
