"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. "What stood out the most was Mark the singer/entertainment gentleman. He was so kind and hospitable! His voice is absolutely incredible and he made our stay extra special. Always a nice word when we ran into him and he always asked what we wanted to hear when he was singing. Can’t say enough about him! "
