"The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are second to none. Our room was great and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily. The white sand beach was awesome as well. The only issues we had were getting a frozen drink served at the pool bar took a long time. Also one other issue, the TV in the room has very selective programming which is not a good thing on rainy days. However, all in all the Chancellor Hotel is a great place to stay. I can’t say enough good things about the staff."
"Likes: -lots of choices for morning free breakfast
-walking distance to D’mall
-very friendly staff
Need to improve on:
-saw a cockroach in the room
-lobby gets so packed at times, needs more seats
Nice experience over all. Thank you Hennan staff and company.
Will surely come back and recommend to friends and family."
"Awesome room very clean.Guest service was very friendly, the breakfast buffet has so many selection of food and delicious.Great view from our balcony."
