"Overall a great experience! This was our 2nd stay & it did not disappoint. The staff & service were all 5 star. We were even given an upgrade to the view of the Angel of Independence. Staying here definitely was a great way to end our trip in the most relaxing way. Worth every penny! My only compliant would be that the pool titles around the edge of the pool were broken off & the buttons for the jets & water fountain didn't work - other than that the hotel is in great condition "

"Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. "

"Extraordinary housing choice. When planning our trip to CDMX we were worried about safety, and thought perhaps a hotel reservation would be better, but we had zero concerns the whole week. The apartment was impeccably clean, newly furnished, very comfortable, quiet. 24 hr doorman, elevator. We walked out to eat or explore multiple times daily. "The location was good, but the communication with the property was terrible, I only got my code to get in to the apt after the check in time. There was also a very sketchy email asking for a verification prior to check in in which you had to pay a deposit. And nothing on the add mentioned a deposit. The bed sheets were old and didn’t feel clean. There was not bathroom matt outside the shower to dry the feet. The windows were dirty. Overall the apt felt dirty and the communication with the...

"Had a little trouble getting into the apartment at the beginning but the host was very helpful and really quick to respond. We arrived earlier than expected and he was kind enough to let us in early. All in all I would definitely recommend the place for how safe and clean it was "
