"This was our second choices since our first apartment was not available on arrival. Mélanie was able to provide with our needs promptly with a second apartment close to the first one. The area was safe, walkable to grocery, restaurant etc. The doorman were friendly very helpful. "

"Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier."
