"Very nice hotel. Great location in the French quarter. Staff was very friendly. Had a Junior suite with an awesome balcony over looking the courtyard. However, bed sagged and left our backs aching. Told the staff after the first night and they said they would look into it but they didn’t. Got a cot for the third night which was more comfortable than the main bed. "

"The hotel was great and the staff were very attentive. I would have rated the overall experience exceptional but my designer sunglasses were taken from my room by one of the cleaning staff. The one day that we allowed them to clean the room, my sunglasses went missing from the side table. I would advise any traveler to lock up your valuables. "

"Besides being a 5-star hotel, what stood out to our family was the staff who went above and beyond to attend to our needs and just making us feel extra special. Special thanks to the all hotel reception staff especially Sabriena (don't recall exact spelling but the one from Italy) and Sameer who helped us with long term storage of our luggage and was exceptionally helpful. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Barcelona! "

"All the staffs were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very new and chic. Our room were kept clean everytime we come back from our daily tours. As promised by Brendan (service desk) I had a cake for my birthday waiting at our room . Axel was very nice as well, my husband was impressed. All in all, we had a great stay and will recommend to our friends."

"We stayed at Hotel Casa Fuster several years ago and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Barcelona. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. Staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. That includes front desk staff at check-in, the concierge who helped with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and the doormen who consistently greet us with a smile. "

We had the unfortunate accident I’m having someone in our group being pickpocketed in Barcelona.
