The hotel is beautiful. It's walkable and convenient and the pool is a huge plus! The neighborhood is less crowded than others I've stayed in the city, which made it a much nicer place to walk around and enjoy Barcelona.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The staff were very good but the hotel needs to be renovated. Strong deoderizer smells in the hallways. Swimming pool area is small and the pool needs a major upgrade.

The hotel was in a great location. But the room was tiny! The bathtub, toilet and sink were right next to each other, and there was no room to move. Also, there wasn’t even room for two suitcases in the room. Would recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel close to the city center, but not if you’re looking for a more suitable.

Overall okay, but not a 5 star experience for the cost. We were told our luggage would be brought up in “3 minutes” but 15 minutes later we went down and they were left unattended in the lobby while we waited in the room, no one in sight. Lots of annoying issues with the room like yellow stained pillows, broken garbage cans, only frosted glass for the door to the toilet, the closet door smashing into the fire alarm and lifting the ceiling tile every time it opened, and the wall socket completely falling off leaving exposed wiring beside the sink which was never fixed. Service at the restaurant was not consistent as many people seemed very unhappy to be asked questions. The pool was nice but very rusted. The location is great. The terrace for the room was lovely. Overall not a 5 star value for the cost but okay. There would be different expectations if this was a 3 or 4 star hotel.
