5 Star Hotels in Futian, Shenzhen

"Have stayed here about 20 nights over multiple trips. Staff is great. They’ve helped me with things outside of scope, getting items, dealing with me as a solo traveler, etc. Pool, steam and sauna are nice. Gym gets the job done. Rooms are comfortable. I’ve stayed in all of them. Entry level is enough for most but have upgraded and been upgraded as well. Spa services are pricey but I’ve tried it a few times and it’s nice of course. Breakfast is best I’ve had in China. It’s probably best hotel I’ve stayed in my time."

"All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel."

"Second visit and it was just as comfortable and welcoming. Everything was good. The washing machine did take a long time to complete its wash and dry cycle. Can be better there. "
