"Beautiful new property in central Palma. Amazing bar for cocktails, above board breakfast and super friendly staff (shout out to Bruno who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and checked in on us. He definitely hustled and was proactive in making sure our needs were met). Amazing linens and sheets. For a small property this one definitely will be winning awards. "Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. "The property itself is adorable, however, no parking, you could be dropped off but only if you know the streets, my gps did not take us here(very small streets). Also, the restaurant is beautiful but the food does not match the environment."
