"Beautiful new property in central Palma. Amazing bar for cocktails, above board breakfast and super friendly staff (shout out to Bruno who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and checked in on us. He definitely hustled and was proactive in making sure our needs were met). Amazing linens and sheets. For a small property this one definitely will be winning awards. Only downside was parking (didnt know we couldnt drive there so we parked nearby and walked to the hotel but...

"The property itself is adorable, however, no parking, you could be dropped off but only if you know the streets, my gps did not take us here(very small streets). Also, the restaurant is beautiful but the food does not match the environment."

"This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit . "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. Could not recommend this hotel more. The staff went above and beyond, spa was fantastic, and most importantly the room was amazing. We loved every detail in the room from the gorgeous furnishings to the well thought out lighting. The mini bar was inside a mid century modern stereo which was playing romantic oldies when we walked in. Some reviews complain of the rooms being worn/old but we loved the vintage feel of the building and it was exactly what we wanted....

"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the...
