"とても楽しみにしていたんですが、玄関、外の扉、部屋の中にまで大量のゴキブリがいてとても残念でした。 駐車場に停めていた車もドアを開けれないほどのゴキブリがくっついていました。 ドアを開けて乗り込もうとするとゴキブリが車内に流れ込みました。 運転している時も車内にゴキブリがいると思うととても怖かったです。 レンタカーを返す時までずっとゴキブリと一緒に過ごしました。 給油口には3匹いました。 自然なものなので仕方ないことだとは思いますが、何科対策が必要だと思います。ハエよけのスプレーが2本置いてあったのですがゴキジェットを置いておいたほうがいいです。 夜は日中よりもゴキブリが増えて扉を覆い隠すほどのゴキブリが沸いていました。 玄関の灯りは消えるようにするか消しておかないと夜部屋に戻ることはできなくなります。 家具やプールはとても綺麗でした。 特別な日だったので悲しい気持ちになりました。"

"The accommodation has an endless view of the sea. The open kitchen area is large and the kitchen utensils are complete. The bathroom jacuzzi facilities are very good and clean. The laundry supplies are suitable. It is very suitable for family living. The living location is high and remote. The only thing to note is that it is more convenient to travel by yourself. 住宿景觀對海一望無際，開放式廚房面積大，廚具用品齊全，浴室按摩浴缸設施很好及整潔，洗衣用品合適，非常適合家庭居住，居住地點較高及偏僻，唯一注意是自架遊較方便。 "

"I recently stayed at Halekulani Okinawa for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious with a terrace and ocean view, and I was able to fully relax and enjoy their pools and the peaceful resort atmosphere. The food and beverage program was exceptional. I enjoyed a wonderful kaiseki dinner at Aomi, creative cocktails at Sunset Bar Spectra, and at House Without A Key the green salad with Okinawan sea grapes and the Halekulani Okinawa original soufflé pancakes were both outstanding. Above all, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff left a deep impression on me. I especially moved by the handwritten note from a bartender I had the chance to speak with at Sunset Bar Spectra. This was my first visit to Okinawa, and it became not only an unforgettable first Okinawa experience but also the most enjoyable birthday I have ever had. I will gladly recommend Halekulani Okinawa to my friends and family, and I very much look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Okinawa!"
